- Be ready at pickup and keep pickup, drop-off, and delivery instructions accurate.
- Treat drivers, couriers, merchants, dispatchers, and support staff with respect.
- Wear a seat belt, follow law, supervise minors, and do not request unsafe or illegal service.
- Do not make false refund, missing item, safety, or chargeback claims.
Driver and Courier Rules
- Keep license, insurance, vehicle, background-check, and contact information current.
- Use only your approved account and approved vehicle profile.
- Drive safely and never provide service while impaired, exhausted, distracted, or medically unfit.
- Accept work only when you intend to complete it.
- Verify pickup and handoff where required, protect food and packages from tampering, and report safety issues promptly.
- Do not solicit off-platform payments, tips, trips, deliveries, or contact.
Safety and Enforcement
AuduGo may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts for harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, threats, fraud, unsafe driving, theft, weapon misuse, impaired driving, repeated cancellations, abusive support behavior, or other serious policy violations.
Fees and Payments
AuduGo shows ride and delivery totals before authorization. Launch ride pricing includes a platform fee targeting 12% of the gross fare with a $1.50 minimum and $4.00 cap. Delivery pricing separates merchant subtotal, courier fee, and a 10% AuduGo platform fee on the merchant subtotal.
Appeals
Customers and providers may appeal account, payment, or enforcement decisions by opening a support case and attaching relevant route, receipt, photo, message, identity, or incident records.
