AuduGo Account Deletion

AuduGo users may request account deletion in the app or through the web request channel on this page.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open AuduGo.
  2. Open Account Activity.
  3. Select Request account deletion.
  4. Confirm the deletion request and submit any notes for privacy support.

If you cannot access your account, send a request to support@audugo.com and include the account email or phone number you used with AuduGo.

What May Be Deleted

AuduGo may delete or de-identify profile details, saved places, marketing preferences, support contact preferences, and non-required account data.

What May Be Retained

AuduGo may retain records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, insurance, law-enforcement, chargeback, dispute, or regulatory obligations. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
