AuduGo Refund and Cancellation Policy
AuduGo reviews cancellations, no-shows, delivery issues, payment holds, and refund requests using trip, delivery, payment, support, and safety records.
Payment Authorizations
Temporary payment authorizations are not final charges. Card and wallet authorizations may be created through Stripe or another payment processor, then released, captured, refunded, or adjusted after cancellation, failed matching, final fare calculation, completed delivery, webhook confirmation, or support review.
AuduGo's launch pricing separates company fees from provider earnings. Ride fares include a platform fee targeting 12% of the gross fare with a $1.50 minimum and $4.00 cap. Delivery totals separate the merchant subtotal, courier fee, and a 10% AuduGo platform fee on the merchant subtotal.
Ride Cancellations and No-Shows
- Ride cancellation is free before a provider starts pickup progress, inside the launch grace window, or when the provider is materially late or not progressing.
- A late-cancel fee may apply after the driver accepts and makes pickup progress.
- A no-show fee may apply after the driver arrives, waits through the pickup timer, and attempts customer contact.
- Driver cancellations do not create an automatic customer fee unless a no-show policy is met.
- Fees may be waived when the provider makes no meaningful progress, is materially late, cannot complete service, or a verified safety issue is reported.
- Customers may dispute a cancellation or no-show fee through support.
Delivery Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
- Delivery cancellation is free before courier pickup progress.
- A delivery late-cancel or preparation fee may apply after courier acceptance, merchant preparation, pickup, or on-route progress.
- Courier cancellations do not create an automatic customer fee unless support confirms customer-caused preparation, handoff, or no-access issues.
- Credits or refunds may be available for missing, incorrect, unsafe, undelivered, or substantially late items when reported promptly with helpful details or photos.
- Completed rides, delivered orders, tips, and used promotional credits are generally final unless AuduGo confirms a platform, provider, merchant, safety, billing, or fraud issue.
- Refunds generally return to the original payment method when possible. Credits may be used when the original payment method is unavailable, the issue is minor, or the user chooses account credit.
Fraud and Abuse
False refund claims, abusive charge disputes, promotion manipulation, or repeated unsupported claims may lead to denied refunds, account review, limited access, or removal.
