• Account information such as name, contact details, role, policy acceptance, saved places, ratings, receipts, and support cases.
• Service information such as pickup, drop-off, route, ETA, provider location, order status, handoff verification, notifications, and audit events.
• Payment-related information such as Stripe or other payment method tokens, authorization status, processor references, receipts, refunds, credits, charge disputes, and fraud review signals.
• Device and usage information such as app activity, app diagnostics, security logs, and notification preferences.

How We Use Information

• To create accounts, verify access, match customers with providers, route trips and deliveries, calculate ETA and fare, process payments, and issue receipts.
• To send service, safety, support, refund, account, and policy notifications.
• To investigate support cases, safety incidents, payment disputes, fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• To maintain platform reliability, comply with law, preserve audit trails, and improve AuduGo services.

How We Share Information

AuduGo shares information only as needed among customers, drivers, couriers, dispatchers, merchants, payment processors such as Stripe, hosting providers, support vendors, insurers, legal authorities, emergency responders, and compliance reviewers.

Your Choices

• You may request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out from Account Activity in the app or through AuduGo support.
• You may limit device permissions such as precise location through your device settings, though some service features may not work without location or notification access.
• Deletion requests may be limited where AuduGo must retain records for legal, tax, safety, fraud-prevention, insurance, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
